Brown Bag It Talk the Talk and Walk* this May In-Person
Join students from the University of Saint Josephs to discuss proper snacking, hydration, stretching, almost anything related to nutrition and fitness. The Central Connecticut Health District will also be here to talk about Walk* This May Initiative including enrollment, tracking, and offer pedometers to any patron who is asking for one.
